You are cordially invited to join for an evening of poetry read by poet Trish Flavin from her book of poems "The Dance".

The event will take place at River's Edge Gallery in conjunction with "Straight On "til Morning" featuring the artworks of Patricia Izzo(1948-2021) & Martine MacDonald.

"I am dedicating my poetry collection, The Dance, to Patricia Izzo as she was a major inspiration to me
during this creative process. She would send me an image and ask (in her own inquisitive way) "What
does it make you feel?" I would respond with a phrase or a verse. She would expound on it and we
would both inevitably say, "I never thought about that!"
Writing poetry takes me on exciting and insightful adventures. My greatest joy is
sharing it with you!"

The reading begins at 7pm, doors at 6:30, light refreshments and treats will be served. Books will be available for purchase
